About The Position

As a Customer Success at Humanz, you will play a critical role in facilitating the company’s growth and adoption among top brands. Primary responsibilities will include:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing influencer campaigns or paid media, ideally on the brand side - 2 years.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends and the social media landscape
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship -building skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute influencer campaigns from start to finish to maximize ROI for clients.
  • Source and negotiate with influencers to secure the best partnerships.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and influencers.
  • Ensure that all campaign content goes live according to schedule.
  • Provide comprehensive briefing to influencers to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
  • Track campaign performance and create detailed reports.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance data to improve results.
  • Assist clients with all aspects of campaign management, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
  • Collaborate with brands to establish and manage long -term influencer marketing budgets. Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns and achieve growth targets.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross -sell additional Humanz services and solutions to existing clients, driving revenue growth.
  • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, competition activities, and industry developments, providing feedback and insights to the company's product and marketing teams.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, revenue projections, and campaign performance for internal and external stakeholders.
