The Role We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who functions more like a Deployment Strategist. You aren’t just managing a relationship; you are architecting a transformation. You will be responsible for the end-to-end success of our customers—from initial data connection and use-case discovery to "Context Modeling" and enterprise-wide adoption. You will sit at the intersection of the customer’s business problems and Wisdom AI’s technical capabilities, ensuring that our AI doesn't just "work," but provides the "Wisdom" necessary for the customer to win.
