About The Position

Wisdom AI is the generative AI data analyst for the enterprise. We replace static dashboards with conversational intelligence, allowing every employee to extract expert-level insights from their business data using plain English. Our team is composed of founding engineers and leaders from Google, Meta, AWS, and Glean, backed by Tier-1 VCs. The Role We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who functions more like a Deployment Strategist. You aren’t just managing a relationship; you are architecting a transformation. You will be responsible for the end-to-end success of our customers—from initial data connection and use-case discovery to "Context Modeling" and enterprise-wide adoption. You will sit at the intersection of the customer’s business problems and Wisdom AI’s technical capabilities, ensuring that our AI doesn't just "work," but provides the "Wisdom" necessary for the customer to win.

Requirements

  • Data Proficiency: Strong understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks).
  • SQL & Logic: Ability to understand and write SQL to validate AI-generated queries and troubleshoot data discrepancies.
  • Context Modeling: Familiarity with the concepts of data schemas, knowledge graphs, or semantic layers.
  • AI/LLM Literacy: Understanding of how Generative AI works, including prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and evaluation sets.
  • Documentation Mastery: You should be comfortable navigating and executing everything in the Wisdom AI Documentation, including:
  • Connecting unstructured repositories.
  • Setting up Row Level Access Control (RLAC).
  • Integrating with Slack and embedding Wisdom via GraphQL APIs.
  • Managing Organizations and Domains within the platform.
  • Outcome Driven: You have a "low ego, high ownership" mentality. You are willing to debug a data pipeline in the morning and brief a C-suite executive in the afternoon.
  • Problem Solver: You don’t wait for a ticket; you see a gap in the customer’s workflow and build a solution to fill it.
  • Experience: 3+ years in Technical Account Management, Solutions Architecture, or Deployment Strategy (experience at companies like Palantir, Scale AI, or enterprise SaaS data tools is a major plus).
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, actionable business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Mission Ownership: Own the holistic health and ROI of your customer portfolio. You are responsible for identifying the "North Star" use cases that move the needle for their business.
  • Hands-on Deployment: Lead the technical setup and configuration of Wisdom AI. You will connect data sources (Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.), model domain-specific knowledge, and build the "Context Layer" that powers the AI.
  • Use-Case Discovery: Conduct "Scoping Sessions" with stakeholders to decompose complex business chaos into specific, solvable data questions.
  • Data Modeling & Optimization: Refine prompt patterns, validate answer accuracy, and create custom metrics to ensure the AI speaks the customer's unique business language.
  • Product Feedback Loop: Act as a "forward-deployed" product manager. You will identify bugs, suggest new features based on user friction, and work directly with Engineering to improve the core platform.
  • Adoption & Enablement: Train "Power Users" to build their own "Stories" and Dashboards within Wisdom AI, moving them from passive users to internal champions.
  • Value Realization: Demonstrate measurable impact. Whether it’s reducing the burden on the data team or speeding up executive decision-making, you must prove the platform’s value every day.
