About The Position

Fiverr is looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive revenue growth by activating high-intent, high-budget buyers at scale. This role requires a deep understanding of customers’ business needs, capturing revenue opportunities, and sourcing the right talent to match their goals. The CSM acts as a trusted consultant, helping customers scale their activity, upsell services, and expand into new verticals on the platform. This is a highly customer-facing role that requires strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills. The CSM builds trusted relationships, leads strategic conversations, and represents Fiverr with professionalism and credibility. The role operates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and requires strong adaptability to ongoing changes and evolving priorities. The ideal candidate thrives in constant change, brings structure to ambiguity, and combines strong commercial acumen with analytical thinking. They are tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency and scale impact. Willing to come to the Orlando office as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales
  • Experience working in high-volume environments and managing multiple customers simultaneously
  • Proven ability to prioritize and perform effectively in a constantly changing, fast-moving environment
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue growth or improving conversion
  • Experience working with high-value B2B customers
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • High AI knowledge and hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to scale workflows and productivity
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven with a strong bias for action

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue by identifying and capturing untapped opportunities within high-value buyer accounts
  • Own and exceed a defined revenue quota
  • Lead consultative conversations with high-intent buyers to clarify objectives, scope, and success criteria
  • Translate business needs into clear briefs and match buyers with the right freelancer or solution
  • Source and vet top talent aligned with skills, budget, and timeline requirements
  • Accelerate time-to-match and increase conversion through disciplined pipeline management
  • Proactively re-engage stalled opportunities and prevent revenue leakage
  • Leverage AI and automation to optimize prioritization, matching precision, and operational scale
  • Represent buyer insights internally to improve product performance, supply quality, and matching accuracy
