You'll be in the trenches with your Account Manager team—modeling exceptional service, stepping into escalations, guiding strategic account planning, and building customer relationships that last. You'll conduct regular 1:1s to develop your team's skills in business growth and freight execution, while maintaining visibility on market trends, capacity solutions, and pricing strategies. From creating SOPs that ensure consistency across accounts to representing Hill Bros in strategic client visits, you'll balance hands-on account work with leadership responsibilities. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Transportation, and Sales leadership to ensure seamless freight execution and continuous improvement.
