As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll own the post-sale experience for some of our most important customers, including PE-backed platforms and multi-location operators in the home services industry. You’ll be responsible for onboarding, adoption, value realization, and long-term growth—turning successful pilots into standardized, portfolio-wide deployments.
