About the Team The Customer Success team on DoorDash’s In Store org supports and powers the SevenRooms product, helping hospitality operators unlock the full value of the platform. We are a global, collaborative group of relationship builders, problem solvers, and product experts who help drive successful adoption and long-term growth. Our team helps customers build stronger relationships with their guests and run more effective In-Store operations. About the Role As a Customer Success Manager , you will play a critical role in driving long-term customer success by owning relationships throughout the full customer lifecycle – from onboarding and adoption to continuous optimization that drives long-term retention. You’ll manage a portfolio of customers, serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, and help hospitality operators realize measurable value from the SevenRooms platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading complex customer relationships, balancing strategic planning with execution, and using data to guide decision-making. You’ll be responsible for driving retention, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customers have a world-class experience. You’ll report to a Customer Success Lead and work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Development, Product, and other teams across DoorDash to ensure a seamless customer journey. You’ll join a team that values ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning, with the tools and support needed to grow your career. We expect this role to be flexible, with some time in office and some time remote. You will need the ability to travel as needed for in-person collaboration through training, offsites, team-building events, and other business-related necessities.
