About The Position

Our Investment Management platform helps firms raise and retain more capital, improve investor satisfaction, and simplify complex processes. We do this by automating back-office operations, enabling seamless investor communication, and equipping teams with advanced tools to elevate their real estate marketing efforts. As a Customer Success Manager at Agora, you will be the trusted partner for our clients, guiding them throughout their journey and ensuring they get maximum value from our platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to support adoption, drive retention, and build long-term relationships that lead to mutual success.
