About The Position

We're looking for a Hiring Customer Success Manager to own the full client lifecycle from onboarding new employers onto our platform through ongoing support and account growth. You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they get maximum value from Talent Pronto. This isn't a traditional customer service role. We need someone who understands hiring, is technical, resourceful, and comfortable working directly with AI tools and SaaS platforms. You'll be troubleshooting issues, building client-facing materials, conducting screen-share training sessions, and thinking in systems to improve our processes. Some QA instincts such as spotting edge cases, testing workflows, documenting bugs will serve you well here.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in hiring, talent, client success, account management, implementation, or a similar client-facing role
  • Strong technical aptitude - comfortable with SaaS platforms, screen sharing, remote troubleshooting, and learning new tools quickly
  • Proficiency with AI tools like Claude; you use AI to work smarter, not just faster
  • Systems thinker who can spot inefficiencies and build better processes
  • Excellent communication skills - clear, professional, and confident on video calls
  • Self-directed and resourceful; comfortable with ambiguity in an early-stage environment

Nice To Haves

  • Background in recruiting, HR tech, or structured hiring especially at scale
  • QA experience or mindset - you naturally test edge cases and document issues clearly

Responsibilities

  • Own client relationships end-to-end, from initial onboarding through ongoing support and retention
  • Conduct onboarding sessions via screen share, training clients on hiring with the Talent Pronto platform
  • Troubleshoot client issues, often requiring you to dig into workflows, test scenarios, and identify root causes
  • Create presentations, guides, and other client-facing materials
  • Use AI tools (particularly Claude) daily to improve your work and support clients
  • Identify patterns in client feedback and work with the founding team to improve the product
  • Document processes and build scalable systems as we grow
