About The Position

The Customer Success Manager will be critical in executing our customer-success strategies, building strong relationships with our sales, purchasing, and operations teams to deliver consistently excellent customer experiences. Strong communication and analytical skills to identify problems, find solutions, and improve relationships will be key in this role. The role involves developing an in-depth understanding of equipment sales, purchasing, and installation processes to facilitate and enhance the customer’s experience.

Requirements

  • One to three years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Strong skills in verbal and written communications.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce, ASW, and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with assigned customers, understanding their unique needs and goals to maximize customer retention, growth, and experience.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of equipment sales, purchasing, and installation processes and how to best facilitate and enhance the customer’s experience.
  • Coordinating with the Purchasing team that all purchase orders, equipment change orders, and installation dates are in good order and proceeding on schedule.
  • Coordinating with the Installation team that complete equipment lists are created, CAD drawings are finalized, product & card reader orders are received, and equipment is fully prepped and ready for installation.
  • Problem-solve and/or strategize with cross-functional team members (e.g. purchasing, operations, sales) to ensure world class onboarding, implementation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and provide insights to the product development team.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
