About The Position

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and partnership. In this role, you’ll own relationships with a portfolio of leading financial institutions and digital banks—helping them unlock growth through insight, execution, and collaboration. You’ll combine analytical problem-solving with commercial instinct, building strategies that deliver measurable impact for your partners and the business. You’ll act as strategist, operator, and relationship owner: translating complex performance data into clear recommendations, driving execution across teams, and ensuring that every initiative contributes to long-term partner success. You’ll also develop enduring relationships built on transparency and shared growth—aligning on mutually beneficial incentives that strengthen trust and performance over time. This role is open to remote or hybrid candidates (East coast preference), with hybrid being central to our New York, NY or Charlotte area offices. Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time hours.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Partner Management, Account Management, Strategy, or Consulting
  • Analytical and commercially minded — you understand how data translates into growth.
  • Excellent communicator — you can simplify complexity and tell a story with insights.
  • Entrepreneurial and adaptable — you thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments.
  • Relationship-first — you build credibility and influence through trust and expertise.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within Financial Services (Banking, Fintech, BaaS) a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own partner success: Build and deepen relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment between their business goals and Bankrate’s solutions.
  • Connect strategy to execution: Analyze performance data to identify opportunities, recommend optimizations, and drive measurable results.
  • Lead conversations that matter: Run partner reviews and business discussions that translate insights into action.
  • Collaborate to grow: Work closely with analytics, marketing, and product teams to unlock performance opportunities.
