Requirements

  • 5-10 years in Customer Success or a similar commercial role.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving retention and expansion in complex environments.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Comfortable with data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end customer lifecycle management—from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts with tailored engagement strategies based on customer needs, scale, and growth potential.
  • Conduct strategic success planning, stakeholder mapping, and executive business reviews.
  • Monitor customer health signals, usage data, and sentiment to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Execute lifecycle programs and playbooks that enhance adoption and retention.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of activities and outcomes within CRM platforms.
  • Identify and prioritize expansion opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive improvements and resolve customer challenges.
