About The Position

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in fostering strong relationships with global enterprise clients, ensuring their successful implementation and engagement with our partner's services. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences by optimizing product usage, guiding clients towards their influencer program goals, and providing tailored support. This role is essential in driving measurable success and ensuring alignment between our partner's solutions and client objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager with global enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS technology in marketing or communication ecosystems.
  • Experience in beauty or influencer marketing is preferred.
  • Excellent public speaking, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple geographies.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in consultative client interactions with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in beauty or influencer marketing is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute personalized onboarding and training plans for new clients.
  • Establish critical success metrics for clients' influencer programs.
  • Leverage insights into current program gaps and highlight product benefits.
  • Continuously track and address product adoption and client goals.
  • Collaborate with Client Partners and fellow Customer Success Managers.
