Our innovative CRM, powerful marketing systems, and expert team are behind the success of hundreds of clinics worldwide. Now, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to join our growing team and ensure that our clients experience seamless, impactful onboarding, and continued success long after their launch.

  • Onboard New Clients Like a Pro: Lead welcoming, high-energy Zoom sessions and help clients quickly get familiar with our CRM and marketing tools.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Proactively check in with clients to ensure they’re happy, engaged, and maximizing the value of what we offer.
  • Ensure Smooth Launches & Ongoing Support: Guide clients through the entire onboarding process, ensuring that their website is live and lead capture systems are integrated.
  • Drive Client Success: Help clients hit their growth goals by providing strategic guidance and resources.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to share success stories and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer success, onboarding, or account management (experience in SaaS or agency settings is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills, able to communicate clearly and confidently in various formats.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in contracts and workflows.
  • Proactive and organized, able to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
  • Tech-savvy and client-focused, comfortable with tools like Google Workspace and project management platforms.
  • In-depth training with a comprehensive 30-day onboarding process.
  • Ongoing mentorship with weekly coaching from the Head of Client Success.
  • Real-time feedback to help refine approach and improve performance.
