About The Position

The Customer Success Manager at Tradebe Environmental Services is responsible for building and strengthening customer relationships to promote retention, loyalty, and advocacy. This role serves as the primary day-to-day point of contact for critical customers, focusing on improving customer intimacy and ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies.
