Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest in and aptitude for customer service and sales.
• Effective presentation and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required; experience with a CRM system preferred.
• High learning agility and critical thinking skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare organizations to promote portfolio development and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with the Growth Team to create and implement customer success plans.
• Engage with multiple decision-makers within customer organizations to understand their needs and challenges.
• Participate in solution and industry training to enhance expertise in NRC Health's offerings.
• Utilize the Challenger TM sales method to lead insightful sales conversations with customers.
