We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the Spiideo team! Spiideo is a global leader in automated, cloud-based solutions for sports video analysis and streaming. This role is based in Philadelphia, USA and you will report directly to the VP of Customer Success. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of leagues, conferences, and mostly individual sports organizations (schools, clubs, teams) using Spiideo. Your responsibilities will include onboarding and training new customers, driving renewals and upselling opportunities, and ensuring customers fully maximize the value of Spiideo. You will mostly manage Clubs & Universities (schools, clubs, and teams) using Spiideo. You may also manage Leagues & Conferences using Spiideo for Spiideo Replay, League Exchange, or Spiideo Play for broadcasting.
