The Customer Success Manager - Solution Architect at IBM is a leadership role that combines technical expertise with customer relationship management.   • Create and maintain enduring, trusted relationships at technical levels within clients, including CIOs, CTOs, Developers, Data Scientists, and Architects.
  • Coach CSM teams with clarity and conviction to ensure they fully understand how to perform their roles successfully and achieve their KPIs.
  • Proven leadership and credibility in technical leadership roles.
  • Expertise in deal and situational coaching.
  • Deep, practical skills in technology domains such as Cloud, Data and AI, Automation, Integration, or Security.
  • Experience working with a wide range of technology solutions, including Cloud, Data & AI.
  • Proven experience in software and Cloud sales, including SaaS, IaaS, PaaS.
