About The Position

Join Guardicore (now Akamai!) as a Customer Success Manager, where you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, onboarding new customers, driving adoption, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention. You will work with innovative security products and help enterprise customers achieve their desired outcomes. Your role will involve driving customer retention, building relationships with clients, maintaining operational excellence, and collaborating with various teams within the organization.

Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in developing productive relationships with multiple levels in an organization, including CISO, CIO, Security and Network Directors, Analysts, and Engineers
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and deploying software for large enterprises on-premises or in the cloud
  • In-depth knowledge in two of the following: Networking, Virtualization, or Cloud Computing
  • High communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with project management and ensuring the successful planning, execution, and timely delivery of key objectives
  • Passion and excitement for learning and embracing new technologies
  • Interest in expanding knowledge in Cybersecurity

Responsibilities

  • Driving customer retention and helping to grow our customers in North America
  • Building relationships with our clients to understand their current and future needs to ensure their success
  • Helping our customers flawlessly operate the Guardicore platform while ensuring maximum value from our solution
  • Maintaining operational excellence, managing to key KPIs including Net and Gross Retention, NPS and Customer Health
  • Building cross-functional relationships and collaborating closely with leaders and peers in Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Management, R&D, and Customer Support
  • Working remotely with our customers with the ability to travel on-site when required
