About The Position

This role is focused on driving adoption, satisfaction, and success for a portfolio of mid-market customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through onboarding, product usage, and ongoing relationship management while ensuring they achieve their business objectives. The position requires balancing proactive support with strategic insights, leveraging your understanding of the product, industry, and customer needs. You will collaborate closely with internal teams including product, engineering, and operations to advocate for customer priorities and contribute to product improvements. This role provides an opportunity to have a direct impact on customer outcomes and the evolution of the product platform while working in a fully remote, high-collaboration environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience with at least 2 years in customer success or account management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience leading meetings and presentations
  • Proven ability to prioritize time, resources, and tasks to meet deadlines and goals
  • Demonstrated curiosity and ability to learn complex technical subjects quickly
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product and engineering
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 60–75 mid-market customer accounts, ensuring successful adoption and satisfaction
  • Drive onboarding, implementation, and ongoing product adoption for end-users
  • Monitor customer metrics related to product usage, satisfaction, and goal achievement
  • Serve as a product and industry expert to help customers achieve their business objectives
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs, feature requests, and product improvements
  • Lead client-facing meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions, including executive-level engagement
  • Contribute to internal projects aimed at improving operational infrastructure and processes
