The Customer Success Manager serves as the primary point of contact for a scaled portfolio of small to medium-sized customers, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. This role builds strong, lasting relationships, ensures customer satisfaction, and identifies opportunities for growth.
