About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Expert Workfront Architect (Adobe Practice) to join our dynamic professional services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Adobe Workfront solutions to streamline project management processes across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, design system integrations, and ensure the platform meets evolving project management requirements for clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Adobe Workfront, including system configuration and implementation.
  • Adobe Workfront certification (Professional Developer Core and/or Fusion, or Expert Developer).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing project management solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Workfront architecture, features, and functionalities.
  • Experience with system integrations using Workfront Fusion, connectors, and APIs.
  • Proficiency in database management and scripting languages is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a similar role within a large organization.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of other Adobe products and services (e.g., Adobe Content Supply Chain).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Adobe Workfront solutions to meet business needs.
  • Design system architecture, integrations, and workflows using Workfront Fusion to optimize project management processes.
  • Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the Workfront platform.
  • Stay updated with the latest Adobe Workfront releases and features to recommend improvements.
  • Configure Adobe Workfront based on best practices and business requirements, utilizing features like scenarios, modules, and routes.
  • Oversee the implementation of new features, enhancements, and system updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems using connectors and APIs.
  • Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to users to maximize the platform's effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure the platform meets the organization's needs.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Develop and deliver reports and dashboards to provide insights into project performance and resource utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
