The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. The CSM works closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a deep understanding of the company’s products and services, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. Our Customer Success team will own the customer experience and advocate on behalf of each customer.
