We’re looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Customer Success Manager to support our Euna Grants customers. In this role, you’ll partner with public sector organizations to help them achieve their desired outcomes, maximize product value, and strengthen long-term success. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, advocate internally on their behalf, and quarterback the customer experience across teams. This is part strategy, part relationship management, and part operational execution. You’ll need to think long-term while managing day-to-day priorities with precision.
