About The Position

In the Customer Success team at Posit, you will play a crucial role in enabling data science teams to effectively utilize our professional products. Your primary focus will be on driving customer retention and increasing product adoption by understanding and addressing the specific needs of our customers. This position involves educating users, managing the renewal process, and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role managing enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to identify opportunities that benefit the customer.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce for tracking account progress.
  • Interest in a non-traditional data-science oriented role involving R and Posit's professional products.
  • Internally driven by curiosity and continuous learning.
  • Proven ability to be entrusted with big decisions, demonstrating thoughtfulness and empathy.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work well in team settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with other analytic software such as Python, MATLAB, SAS, or SPSS.

Responsibilities

  • Educate users and decision-makers on Posit products.
  • Communicate regularly with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and opportunities for deeper engagement.
  • Manage the renewal process and partner with sales for account expansions.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to inform our sales process and product roadmap.
  • Marshaling resources across the Posit organization to escalate customer issues and support their needs.
  • Partner with the Solutions Engineering team to ensure a successful roll-out of RStudio's professional products.
