As a Customer Success Manager at Nutrislice, you will play a key role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients by guiding them from onboarding through long-term partnership. You will cultivate strong relationships, oversee ongoing success, and manage account renewals while serving as a trusted advisor to foodservice leaders. This role is especially well-suited for Registered Dietitians, Food Service Directors, and dining professionals who are excited to leverage their industry expertise in a strategic, relationship-driven environment. It offers the opportunity to influence dining programs at scale while moving beyond day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure customers are set up for success and realizing value from the platform.This role reports to the Director of Customer Success.
