About The Position

As an Artist Success Manager for DeviantArt, you'll be responsible for building meaningful relationships with top sellers on the platform, ensuring their success and satisfaction. You'll design and implement support programs, represent their voice in key decisions, and help them maximize the value of DeviantArt's products. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for supporting artists.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager, preferably in eCommerce or consumer web/mobile products
  • Ability to empathize with user needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Strong team player and self-starter ready to shape a newly created team
  • Able to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership of building something from scratch
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and drive success

Nice To Haves

  • Experience launching new business lines or initiatives, establishing new departments, or owning new functions within an organization – an advantage
  • Experience leading a team of account managers – an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement support programs for top sellers, including onboarding, ongoing support, and feedback collection
  • Build strong relationships with top users, gathering feedback and representing their needs in product decisions
  • Advocate for top users' success by addressing their business needs and ensuring satisfaction with DeviantArt products
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams, such as Community, Customer Support, Marketing, and Product Management
  • Identify and propose new products or services to meet strategic users' needs
  • Communicate product functionalities and value propositions clearly and concisely

Benefits

  • Approximate base compensation of $85,000 - $95,000
