The Customer Success M&A Lead, Senior Director will be responsible for driving the successful onboarding and integration of acquired companies into the Customer Success organization. This role will manage a portfolio of acquisitions, ensuring a seamless and effective transition of people, processes, and systems. The M&A Lead will be accountable for driving business continuity during onboarding and defining the integration strategy, aligning business value, and executing on the integration roadmap to accelerate acquired companies' productivity and performance. This is a highly strategic and collaborative role that requires a blend of critical thinking, excellent execution, and strong stakeholder management. The role is part of the Customer Success M&A team, focused on developing and executing rapid and thoughtful integrations that drive customer adoption and reduce attrition. The successful candidate will build trust with leaders across acquired companies and the broader Salesforce organization to drive alignment on integration priorities and roadmaps while consistently living the organization's core values.
