Customer Success Liaison — Manufacturing Accounts

About The Position

Help customers get the right parts on time At Argon Industries, you’ll be the connective thread between our manufacturing customers and our internal teams. Picture this: a customer emails about an urgent timeline shift. You adjust the order in the system, alert production, and follow through until shipping confirms. Along the way, you update forecasts so materials and schedules stay on track—and you document the process so the next time is even smoother. Your mission Own the order lifecycle—accuracy in, clarity through, and reliability out—while building trusted relationships with business customers.

Requirements

High energy and standout communication.
Familiarity with manufacturing and/or fabrication processes and equipment.
Proficiency in MS Office and strong general computer skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
Comfort working independently and within a team.
Reliability, flexibility, strong organization, and a keen eye for detail.
A strong sense of urgency with both internal and external stakeholders.
5 years' experience using an ERP system.

Responsibilities

Engage customers openly and proactively to strengthen partnerships and deliver parts on schedule.
Enter customer orders into the database with precision and efficiency.
Track orders, monitor progress, and resolve issues before they affect deadlines.
Support manufacturing software and database upkeep for clean, current data.
Prioritize tasks to balance customer needs and order commitments.
Communicate order changes and key details across departments quickly and accurately.
Respond to phone and email inquiries with urgency.
Tackle miscellaneous Excel assignments.
Provide data and sales forecasts to inform material requirements and scheduling.
Compile and submit periodic reports on activities, sales volume, expenses, and related KPIs.
Update and maintain Inside Sales Work Instructions to reflect current processes.
Take on additional duties as assigned.
