Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, program delivery, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong background in training, communications, and marketing enablement.
  • Proven ability to build structured SOPs and scalable engagement processes.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with comfort presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • This position requires a Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in defense, aerospace, or government contracting.
  • Familiarity with RFID, IoT, or sensor-driven systems.
  • Background in marketing campaigns, sales enablement, or proposal support.
  • Understanding of DoD sales cycles, site surveys, and sustainment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding, delivery coordination, and ongoing success.
  • Enable sales: Build customer-facing decks, demo scripts, and success stories that help the business development team win new opportunities.
  • Own training programs: Design and deliver training that ensures clients and internal teams know how to use and sell our solutions effectively.
  • Standardize success: Develop SOPs for site surveys, product demos, and customer handoffs that ensure consistency and quality.
  • Shape comms strategy: Craft communications and engagement plans that align clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Fuel marketing: Partner with marketing to package lessons learned, customer wins, and deployment outcomes into content that resonates with prospects.
  • Drive adoption: Gather feedback from customers, measure success metrics, and share insights with product and engineering teams to improve solutions.
  • Be the voice of the customer: Represent user needs and mission outcomes in sales strategy and product planning.
