Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual consultations with individuals and families to assess financial protection needs
  • Educate clients on available life and health insurance options
  • Build long-term, trust-based client relationships
  • Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
  • Maintain accurate records using digital tools and CRM platforms
  • Stay informed on product updates, industry regulations, and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory standards
