The role of Customer Success Growth Consultant involves overseeing a portfolio of clients, conducting personalized consultations, and guiding entrepreneurs in executing their growth action plans. This position is ideal for ex-agency owners or experienced business growth coaches who are passionate about helping others succeed.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience growing, coaching, or consulting businesses, with a proven track record of helping entrepreneurs achieve their goals.
  • Ex-agency owners or individuals with extensive digital marketing and sales experience are highly preferred.
  • Passionate about learning and developing both technical and professional skills.
  • Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments surrounded by ambitious, driven individuals.
  • Strong ability to hold clients accountable, provide actionable feedback, and guide them through challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth, personalized video consultations to understand each client’s current position and goals, crafting tailored action plans.
  • Provide ongoing support through regular progress reviews, offering strategic guidance to ensure accountability and continuous advancement.
  • Manage a portfolio between 30-40 clients, ensuring each receives the attention and support needed to thrive.
  • Deliver insightful analysis on client progress and overall program performance to inform key stakeholder decisions.
  • Refine strategies in offer creation, marketing, and sales to help clients increase revenue.
  • Regularly audit and optimize client funnels, offers, pricing, and sales processes to maximize effectiveness and growth.
  • Oversee the end-to-end client experience, proactively implementing improvements to maximize satisfaction and results.
  • Act as a dedicated coach through 1:1 sessions, setting clear action plans, holding clients accountable, and providing targeted feedback via Slack.
  • Rapidly resolve challenges while reviewing key milestones to ensure clients stay focused on high-impact activities that drive their success.
  • Review and refine client-created marketing materials to ensure quality and effectiveness.
  • Serve as a key resource within our digital community platforms, promptly addressing client inquiries and guiding them to the most relevant tools, content, and learning materials.

Benefits

  • Full Time - Independent Contractor (1099 or otherwise, depending on applicant country)
  • Fully Remote
  • Base retainer: $5K–$10K/month USD
  • Standard band: $5K–$8K/month USD
  • Senior band: $7K–$10K/month USD for ex-agency owners with $10M+ P&L experience
  • Upsells & Cross-Sells: 7.5% on sets and 15% on closes on all back-end revenue (uncapped)
  • Deal Bonuses: $1K–$3K USD for client referrals, $1K USD for talent referrals
  • Realistic OTE: $120K–$150K+ USD in Year 1
  • Equity Opportunities: Invitation to a share scheme after 12 months (subject to performance)
