The remit of the Customer Success Geoscientist - Wellbore is to provide technical support during the pre- and post-sales process for the RokDoc and Curate suite of software and to establish a ‘trusted advisor’ relationship with users to better provide proactive support and engagement with emphasis on the wellbore solutions. Client interactions should be leveraged to better understand cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and to pass on these insights to the Business Development Manager. The Customer Success Geoscientist - Wellbore - will deliver on-site support & technical sales demos as required. Furthermore, the Geoscientist will deliver software training as required to meet Client demand and requirements within Ikon’s wellbore solutions portfolio.
