About The Position

This role is a strategic customer-facing position responsible for ensuring health plan clients achieve measurable outcomes using AI-driven healthcare solutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for payer organizations, leading onboarding, implementation, and adoption initiatives while building trusted relationships across clinical, operational, and executive teams. The role requires a deep understanding of payer workflows and the ability to translate client needs into actionable insights for product and engineering teams. You will define success metrics, drive operational improvements, and support regulatory compliance while representing the organization at industry events. Collaboration across internal teams is critical to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. This position blends relationship management, clinical operations expertise, and strategic problem-solving to enhance client outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with or within health plans, including Medicare Advantage, Medicaid MCOs, Blues plans, or other national/regional payers.
  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, payer operations, or implementation roles.
  • Strong knowledge of payer workflows across utilization management, care management, member services, and provider operations.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of payer organizations.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • familiarity with prior authorization, delegated risk arrangements, value-based care programs, and member engagement initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for payer organizations, fostering trusted relationships with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Lead onboarding and implementation of AI-powered healthcare solutions tailored to payer workflows.
  • Drive user adoption through training, demonstrations, and real-world application support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, member outcomes, and administrative throughput.
  • Manage ongoing client communications, proactively addressing issues and capturing feedback.
  • Define payer-specific success metrics such as turnaround times, staffing efficiency, and satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align product performance with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, and webinars to share best practices and thought leadership.
