We are seeking a Customer Success Executive with deep payor experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will ensure our health plan clients achieve measurable outcomes through the deployment of Hippocratic AI’s innovative solutions. You will partner directly with the Chief Customer Officer and play a key role in customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion across our payer portfolio. This role is remote. Regular travel to client sites and periodic sessions at our Palo Alto headquarters will be required.
