About The Position

The Customer Success Engineer will be the technical subject matter expert for largest enterprise clients focusing on mission-critical fax and document exchange infrastructure. This role involves serving as the primary technical liaison for all Professional Service customers with custom projects, ensuring a smooth transition during onboarding and implementation phases, and resolving technical issues for existing customers. The engineer will collaborate with various teams, document resolutions, identify systemic issues, and take ownership of customer issues until resolution.
