About The Position

The IoT Customer Success Delivery Manager at PepsiCo is responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with partners, ensuring their satisfaction, and assisting them in achieving their desired outcomes with IoT solutions. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree is preferred.
  • 15 years of overall experience delivering customer outcomes.
  • Proven track record of delivering large cloud-native projects, specifically IoT projects.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in delivering IoT solutions at scale, preferably in the CPG industry.
  • Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives.
  • Experience with data analysis and budget management.
  • Consulting experience with a focus on operations management.
  • Proven success in a project coordination role.
  • Strong project reporting skills with a focus on interdepartmental communication.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies, translate them into initiatives, and track successful delivery.
  • Familiarity with IoT technologies and concepts.
  • Experience in customer success or client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to identify opportunities and needs for IoT solutions in all domains of Make, Move and Sell.
  • Evaluate and analyze customer needs and socialize findings with platform and other teams.
  • Work with Platform Engineering, Product Owner, and Architect to build best-in-class solutions.
  • Deliver end-to-end IoT solutions and manage engagement with customers.
  • Create awareness about the IoT platform across various sectors and provide customer training.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and periodically send performance reports to clients.
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.
  • Collaborate with sector teams to understand specific goals and requirements during client onboarding.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and build strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Educate clients about IoT products, features, and best practices to leverage technology effectively.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies to minimize disruption and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Establish governance mechanisms and quality assurance processes to maintain project compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Monitor performance and optimize solutions.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
