Mento is seeking senior leaders in customer success/experience roles with experience in technology companies or tech-adjacent environments. The ideal candidate values learning, growth, and community, and is passionate about developing and coaching people in their field. As a Mento coach, you will establish 1:1 partnerships with members to help them define and track goals, enhance leadership skills, improve communication, problem-solve workplace issues, and achieve happiness, fulfillment, and engagement in their careers and beyond. All Mento coaches are required to complete an ICF-certified coach training program to learn Mento’s coaching methodology before working with members. This immersive training is designed to foster growth as a coach, master the Mento Coaching Methodology, and provide access to proprietary tools.
