Nuuly is seeking a Customer Success Associate that will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email and chat on a daily basis. Reporting to the Customer Success Supervisor, you will communicate with new and potential customers, help guide customers through the shopping experience, answer order questions and support the team to build a successful brand. You will be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the CSM. Expected hours for the role are Friday-Sunday, 9am-5pm EST or 2pm-10pm EST. Hours are subject to change depending on the needs of the business.
