About The Position

NextPatient is a small team dedicated to improving the software experience for medical practices. Our software integrates with legacy systems to provide features like online scheduling, bill pay via text, digital check-in, interactive reminders, and automated waitlists, enhancing the patient experience while saving time for practices. As a Client Success Associate, you will be part of a team responsible for onboarding practices to the NextPatient suite and providing ongoing support. Your role will involve becoming an expert in our product, understanding client needs, and configuring the software to achieve optimal results. You will start by supporting Client Success Managers and gradually take on your own clients as you develop your skills and confidence. Regular meetings with the product team will allow you to advocate for enhancements based on client feedback.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills to interact with clients effectively.
  • Detail-oriented approach to understand and meet client needs.
  • Ability to learn and master software products quickly.

  • Experience in customer service or client success roles.
  • Familiarity with medical practice operations or software.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard medical practices to the NextPatient software suite.
  • Provide day-to-day support to clients using the software.
  • Become an expert in the NextPatient product to effectively assist clients.
  • Listen to client needs and configure the product accordingly.
  • Advocate for product enhancements based on client feedback during meetings with the product team.
