About The Position

Arkansas Talent Group is searching for a Customer Success and Research Administrator to join our clients team in Little Rock, AR. Our client operates a multi-site retail operation, t he Customer Success and Research Administrator will play a key role in supporting vendor success by managing inquiries, resolving billing or account discrepancies, and researching issues to deliver effective, timely solutions. This individual will serve as a liaison between management and vendor partners to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer support experiences.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer support, billing, administration, or account reconciliation preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build positive vendor relationships.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and data management tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to excellent service.

Nice To Haves

  • NetSuite experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors regarding account or billing questions.
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and reconciliation issues.
  • Track and document vendor communications, resolutions, and follow-ups.
  • Collect and analyze data related to vendor performance or operational trends.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to improve vendor experiences and streamline administrative processes.
  • Maintain organized records and provide periodic reports to management.
  • Assist in developing and implementing procedures that enhance efficiency and vendor satisfaction.
