About The Position

In this role, you will lead and manage enterprise-scale SaaS deployments, ensuring clients successfully adopt and derive value from our privacy and AI-driven solutions. You will be pivotal in translating complex challenges into actionable solutions, directly impacting customer satisfaction and success metrics. This is a strategic position that combines technical expertise with project leadership, driving measurable outcomes from onboarding to ongoing client success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementations or Customer Success management.
  • Strong technical expertise in SaaS architecture and troubleshooting configurations.
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled SaaS products and their business implications.
  • Ability to simplify complex regulatory concepts for clients.
  • Proven project management skills, with PMP or similar certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated alignment of project outcomes with customer value.
  • Strong change management skills for navigating priorities and stakeholder influence.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse audiences.
  • A self-starter who values continuous learning and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead implementations by configuring and optimizing platform modules to align with client needs.
  • Project manage full implementations, ensuring milestones and acceptance criteria are met.
  • Guide clients in leveraging AI-powered features to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Consult strategically on translating privacy and risk requirements into practical solutions.
  • Facilitate cross-functional delivery by coordinating with various teams.
  • Conduct customer meetings to emphasize best practices and monitor progress.
  • Track customer engagement and usage metrics to proactively address potential issues.
  • Maintain project documentation and refine processes based on client feedback.
  • Collaborate on product roadmap by sharing customer insights.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and offerings.
