About The Position

Showcase Window and Door is a well-established window and door manufacturing company that has been in business for over 25 years. We are currently seeking a Customer Success Agent (CSA) to join our sales and support team. The CSA plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by managing inquiries and orders from key company customers. This position involves working closely with outside sales representatives and customers to provide timely support and resolve any issues that may arise. The CSA will be responsible for entering orders, answering questions, and maintaining strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and satisfaction with our products and services. In this fast-paced, high-volume environment, the Customer Success Agent will handle inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. The role requires a consultative approach to understand customer needs and aspirations, ensuring they fully utilize the products and services offered by Showcase Window and Door. The CSA will also be responsible for educating clients about our products and programs, processing orders accurately, and escalating any non-routine issues to the appropriate supervisor or manager. Regular updates on customer developments and service expectations will be communicated to management to ensure continuous improvement in customer service.
