About The Position
Cash App is looking for a highly motivated and resourceful individual dedicated to providing world-class customer support, particularly focused on our newest Lending products. This role involves solving customer inquiries related to Lending, advocating for customers, and identifying issues to improve the customer experience. Successful candidates will become experts in Cash App Lending and have the opportunity to impact the product roadmap and customer experience within a small, nimble team.
