About The Position

Aon Affinity is seeking a Customer Success Advisor to impact the growth of our company and help redefine how companies take care of insurance online. The Client Service Advisor will focus on retaining, renewing, and growing existing accounts within our CoverWallet HealthCare program. Multiple positions available. This is a hybrid opportunity with the flexibility to work both virtually and two or three days per week out of our Fort Washington, PA office. Requirements

Service / call center experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Consistent track record of delivering on customer success and account growth goals
Ability to balance multiple requests with close attention to detail.
Love of technology and learning new systems
P&C license preferred. Will be required to acquire within three months of hire date.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience. Recent college grads will be considered
