Peninsula Clean Energy is a dynamic, not-for-profit governmental organization that seeks a part-time administrative "utility player" to work with several teams in a dedicated administrative and customer support function through the end of 2026. Ideal for students and community members interested in engaging with the public and our community around rebates applications and customer assistance. This position provides administrative and customer support to several teams as needs evolve during the remainder of the year. Initially, this position will provide dedicated support for our energy programs, with primary responsibility for responding to customer emails, assisting customers via chat, and processing e-bike rebate applications. The role will also support miscellaneous programs as needed, ensuring timely application review, accurate documentation within the CRM system, and consistent, clear communication with customers. Later in the year, this position will assist the Office and Administrative team with logistics related to our upcoming office move.
