What you’ll do: As part of the Customer Strategy and Analytics (CSA) team you will be responsible for supporting the wider commercial function with brainstorming innovative and data-led advertising campaigns for some of the top youth and family brands. You will partner with Sales and Account Management teams to provide end-to-end customer success, drive product adoption for SuperAwesome’s solutions, mitigate churn and solve customers challenges in line with industry trends. You will partner with other CSA team members and cross-functional teams globally, working on joint projects that strive to increase company revenue and boost operational efficiencies with a data-led approach.
