We are looking for an outstanding Customer Specialist to make our US enterprise clients successful and genuinely happy. Join our NYC-based team and be part of a fast-growing company as we build our US presence. You’ll benefit from the stability of long-term enterprise contracts, allowing you to build deep, meaningful customer relationships. The role includes regular onsite customer visits (approximately twice per month) and company-paid quarterly offsites in Europe to connect with the full team - with the option to extend your stay privately.
