About The Position

We are looking for an outstanding Customer Specialist to make our US enterprise clients successful and genuinely happy. Join our NYC-based team and be part of a fast-growing company as we build our US presence. The role includes regular onsite customer visits (approximately twice per month) and company-paid quarterly offsites in Europe to connect with the full team - with the option to extend your stay privately. Requirements

  • A genuine enjoyment of working closely with customers and the ability to build rapport quickly on a human level
  • The ability to ramp up quickly on complex, nuanced topics and support customers as a trusted advisor
  • Strong independence and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • The grit to consistently deliver high-quality work in recurring customer onboarding sessions - and to improve them every time
  • Native or near-native fluency in American English
  • Willingness to travel approximately twice per month for customer meetings and industry events

Nice To Haves

  • experience in medical or pharmaceutical compliance-related roles (e.g., Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, or scientific research)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary trusted advisor for clients after a contract is signed, owning customer onboarding, ongoing enablement, and value delivery on the Flinn platform
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise medical device manufacturers, growing alongside their needs as our product capabilities expand
  • Share important customer feedback with our product team to continuously improve our software solution
  • Identify expansion opportunities (cross-sell and upsell) and partner closely with the sales team—without carrying a quota
  • Define, track, and own success metrics to measure customer satisfaction and long-term value
  • Work closely with our Founding Team member to help establish Flinn as the market leader in the US, building on our proven success in Europe
