We’re currently looking for an outgoing, friendly, detail-oriented Customer Solutions Representative to join our parking operations team in Minneapolis. In this role you’ll manage a variety of office activities, oversee all communications and customer requests, handle special parking events, and ensure our customers and clients receive world-class service and support.   • Sales of monthly parking contracts, validation accounts, and prepaid event parking.
  • Resolve customer concerns and respond to requests and inquiries via phone and email.
  • Develop and maintain customer databases in an effort grow sales.
  • Process citation disputes.
  • Independent, proactive, problem-solver.
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Focused, organized, flexible, and detail oriented.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • One year of customer service experience required.
  • High school degree required
  • Associates degree preferred.
