The Sales Support Specialist (SSS) will be responsible for demonstrating a strong customer focused attitude and promoting customer advocacy. Each SSS will be responsible for guaranteeing our customers are always ready to transact with us while working in fast paced, high volume environment. The ideal candidates will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. They will drive internal and external opportunities as well as partnerships for long-term business growth and profitability. Each SSS is responsible for assisting sellers in the pursuit of business growth, accurate customer master data, and customer satisfaction via consistent and timely task management creating long-term business growth and profitability. They are responsible for maintain a strong professional working relationship with our sellers, our customers, and our internal supply chain. This is a highly interactive position with peers in many other disciplines of the business. A successful SSS will be expected to be solution oriented, use a high level of decision-making skills while aligning to our business' financial objectives a continuous customer satisfaction. All activities are to be managed in accordance with the company's goals of safety, compliance, and code of conduct.
