The Customer Solutions Representative (CSR) is crucial to achieving our mission. The CSR builds relationships with customers to access workforce services within the Career Centers and through referrals to our community partners. The Customer Solutions Representative is responsible for managing incoming phone calls and online website chats. This role requires a courteous, organized, and professional individual who can provide excellent customer service. The representative will handle customer inquiries, provide basic information, and direct questions or concerns to the appropriate departments. Maintaining a positive attitude, clear communication, and professionalism at all times is essential to ensure a high-quality positive customer experience.
